HONDA JAZZ turned into crossovers

Honda is ready for lancing a compact crossover, which will be presented during the autumn. He will be called WR-V and will be deployed in compact HR-V in range of the brand.




Brazilian edition QuatroRodas released the first photos and information about the car that is built on the basis of hatchback Jazz. Initially new WR-V will be directed to the market in Brazil, and then to India and China. If there is a serious interest for in,the model can be proposed in Europe. According to the information of future small SUV Honda will differ from the represented Kwid competitors Renault and Fiat Mobi, in which the most important is the price. Japanese car will have many assistants for security, and its main competitor is expected to be Nissan Kicks, whose sale will also start soon in the largest country in South America


However Honda model will be offered with a system drive to all four wheels. So far it is known only one of the engines of new WR-V – it’s 1.5-liter petrol engine from the Jazz. It develops 115 hp and can be combined with a 5-speed manual transmission or variator. Future crossover of the Japanese know too that will be offered with a wheelbase of 2.600 mm, and for comparison with the Jazz is 70 mm less. Increased and clearance, and the lower part will be protected by a plastic cover.
