The first rumors we got from Japan, where the magazine “Young Machines” published a picture of the model that is believed to be R6 for 2017 season.
To say that Yamaha R6 need any kind of change is the understatement of the motorcycle, but it seems that the company from Iwata finally plans to change anything on this supersport machine. The first rumors we got from Japan, where the magazine “Young Machines” published a picture of the model that is believed to be R6 for 2017 season.
This store was right about some things, but it’s hard to believe that Yamaha would use the design of the YZF-R1 on the new R6. But what’s most important from this is that the model will get R6 improved version.
The picture looks more like R1 with accessories from the current model R6, with characteristic diagonal line that runs from the lights to the middle of the bike. Regarding the rest, virtual R6 is very similar to his older brother, and the design includes the double light model R1.
Although it is still early to say anything to R6, we just want to say that such an approach would not be good. To have two motorcycles that look just is not a good option and we hope that Yamaha will make the new R6 motorcycle model different from R1, just as in the good old days.
Rumors say it is unlikely to make a Yamaha supersport motorcycle with larger displacement despite such a trend in the industry right now. It seems that the company Iwata is satisfied with how the show bike competitions worldwide and prefers to remain in the 600cc.
Neverth less, this is sertanly very exiting news, because for improved R6 we can only say one think:WOW WE ARE ANXIOUS TO SEE SOMETHINK LIKE THAT PEOPLE!!!
