Jaguar is preparing to launch its first full model for the market in China – XF L – a long base, which will be shown during the exhibition in Beijing later this month.
The machine will be extended wheelbase and will be produced locally in the JLR factory north of Beijing, where he assembled another Range Rover Evoque and Discovery Sport. Installation will begin later this year, and sales before the end of 2016.
The standard XF has a wheelbase of 2.960 mm, and the Chinese version that will get a few extra centimeters. The move is not surprising given that all major competitors in the premium segment have extended versions for China.
