Mercedes with the new C-Class Coupe activated the old mark from 90 – C43 AMG!
The Sports Division of the German brand unveiled the new C43 Coupe before its official premiere at the Geneva Motor Show.
Created to counter the Audi S5, C43 Coupe has a sports person with diamond grille and larger air ducts. The model is equipped with iridium details in matt gray, black mirror caps and sport exhaust system. Other changes include a new tailgate spoiler, rear diffuser and 18-inch light alloy wheels.
The interior stands out from that of the standard model thanks to the steering wheel with a flattened bottom microfiber sports seats with contrasting stitching, aluminum details, red sashes and modified instrument cluster with chess flag.
The power comes from a 3.0-liter bi-turbo V6 engine that produces 362 hp and 520 Nm of torque. Harmonized with nine-speed automatic transmission system for all-wheel drive with a priority to the rear axle. This enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km / h in 4.6 seconds before reaching an electronically limited maximum speed of 250 km / h.
Speaking of performance, the model is equipped with AMG Ride Control sports suspension and AMG Dynamic Select system with Comfort, Eco, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual modes. Engineers also installed and sports management system and speed sensitive brake system with high performance and internally ventilated discs with a size of 36 cm and 32 cm ahead behind.
