MASERATI launched its first SUV in history – Levante!!!

The prestigious Italian brand Maserati, known for sports models high class, introduced its first SUV – Levante

That what  few years ago thought was the unthinkable has now become reality. Following  the footsteps of Jaguar and its first SUV in the offer – F-Pace the Italian Maserati also publicly released the first photographs of its long awaited model Levante.
It is a thoroughbred sports luxury SUV,announced  concept Kubang, which penetrates the segment as a bitter opponent of the Porsche Cayenne, said Jaguar F-Pace, and the big German threesome with their representatives.

Officially, Maserati at this time kept тхе inside in secret. Although it is not difficult to assume that it will recognize with the impact of Ghibli, we will refrain for another week when we see it live. The engines are not secret – will be three litar V6 from Ghibli, petrol with 350 and 430 horsepower, while diesel is not yet know. According to unofficial sources, Levante with stronger gasoline accelerates to 100 km / h in 5.2 seconds and will have a top speed of 264 km / h. Diesel performance will accelerate again to hundred kilometers by 6.9 seconds and achieves “only” 230 km / h. Officially all versions of Levante have eightlevels automation, all-wheel drive and electronically controlled air suspension reliance.
When it comes to diesel version and there’s the 3.0-liter V6 engine, originating from FIAT (VM Motori), with about 270ks, which is also “borrowed” models Ghibli and Quattroporte. Later, it should appear V8 model (GTS) also, with about 530ks, and is also planned plug-in hybrid version too.
The price has not yet been officially announced, but it is assumed that the base model will start at about 85,000 euros, which is somewhere between the cheapest model in the supply – Ghibli (68.470 euros) and the sports sedan Quattroporte (105.740).
